Great location near popular attractions, restaurants, and a 24-hour supermarket. Helpful reservation manager who quickly provided necessary documents. Free and excellent wifi connection. No noise issues. Late check-out option.

The room had a spacious lounge area and a kitchenette, which was really convenient. I loved being able to cook my own meals and make coffee and tea. The daily chocolates left in the room after cleaning were a nice touch. The hotel also provided toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes, which made packing easier. The hotel is located near many coffee shops with better food choices, like Karvaev, where I enjoyed fresh Russian food. The proximity to Karvaev was a big plus, just a 10-minute walk away.

Great value for money! The room design was fantastic, and it made me feel like I was staying at a much more expensive hotel. The location was quite central with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Plus, the welcome drink was a nice touch that added a bit of luxury to the experience.
The hotel was a bit far from the closest metro station, which made it more difficult to get around the city quickly. the breakfast options were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing.

Travelled as 2 friends together, had a great time. Got upgraded for free to a bigger suite because the room we ordered didn't have the option of trading the double bed for two twin beds, even though we could have managed with a double bed. Hotel staff was always friendly, and we were allowed a late check-out with no extra charge because our flight was leaving late afternoon. Gym is well-equipped and clean, although no one other than one of us seemed to use it.

The apartment-style rooms with kitchen and living area were super convenient and comfortable. The food was mind-blowingly delicious, and the spa treatments were jaw-droppingly AMAZING. We're definitely going back!

Nice comfortable hotel. Discounted rate was good for services provided.
Cost of food was too high compared to other hotel and not any better. Room service ordered one night was extreme. Two glasses of juice and a plate of fresh fruit for 2500 rubles. Sorry not good enough.
